Commonwealth Bank launches property iApp

The Commonwealth Bank has announced the release of a Property Guide iPhone application which it says will make property and finance searching easier for consumers.

The application uses “augmented reality” technology developed with property analytics company RP Data, to deliver up to the minute information about a property, including it’s past and recent sales history, and current listings.

Using the application, users can access detailed suburb information and auction data, retrieve and analyse auction data, search for properties, as well as calculate monthly home loan repayments.

A spokesman for the bank advised Individual Home Loans the application had been designed to help property buyers make successful property decisions.
